Default 96 blazer turns over no spark,no fuel

i bought the truck from someone who rebuilt engine, appears to have done a good job. checked all grounds, new cam sensor .. no power to coil.. no service engine light, had abs light in dash now its not on.. have power coming out of switch in run. checked all fusable links... thinking it is the pcm can get the pcm checked or reflashed? really dont want to buy new pcm if i dont need it...or if anyone has suggestion

this is what i came up with so far, had no power to pcm (orange wire) . Put a jumper wire from bat. + to orange pcm wire. now i see all dash lights, service engine lights etc. fuel pump is coming on. still no spark... but atleast i know the pcm is not totally dead..my next step is to find out why i have no power to fuse #9. Not sure if fuse # 9 has anthing to do with coil not getting power....cold and wet outside otherwise i will put a jumper wire to that fuse in the fuse block and see what happens...

got it,,, whoo who there is a larrge connector ,driver side fire wall, pcm, and i think most of the sensors run through ,not sure.... it was half unplugged.. its behind a plastic cover, two squeze pins on the top...now i go back to all the conectors that i messed with(all 8 or10or 50?) and spray contact cleaner and put electrical grease on them.. i might be good once it is tuned...........
