those 4 bolts hold the pulley onto the water pump
i'm pretty sure they hold the fan on to and you wont need a fan clutch tool but i could be wrong, i've been outa cars for awhile now
i know you pull the radiator shroud off then the fan, then the water pump is right there 6 or 8 bolts hold that in

You will need a fan clutch tool to remove the fan & clutch. The bolts just hold the pulley on. The end of the water pump is threaded for the fan clutch.
As far as reverse rotation goes, I believe that all serpentine belt driven 4.3L engines are reverse rotation water pumps. There should only be reverse rotation pumps available for your year regardless of whether they state it in the description or not.
