Default 96 won't start when humid or rain

I have changed plugs, wires, distributor cap, coil, still won't start, this happened before , let it sit in dry weather for a couple weeks, and tried to start it, and it started, had some rain recently, and won't start again

I have/had a similar problem on my 97 and I suspect there is wire chaffing on some power and control wires that go to the distributor/emission control junk. I have had the same problem. Today I tied off some wires that were rubbing on the left bank area and put some real 93 octane gas in mine and it started running good. My Check Engine Light went out. I moved the wires that is why I think I was getting wire chaffing on "normal" wires. Check any wire that touches metal. Good Luck.

Did you put dielectric grease on both end of wires, and inside cap on contacts to keep moisture out?
Next time it don't start check for spark, working your way back to the coil.
