Default 97 Blazer won't start

I have a 97 Blazer that has been running fine and starting every time. Last Saturday afternoon I stopped at a store came out and went to start my car and it would not start. These are the symptoms:
1. No dash lights, radio, heater, headlights all work
2. It is stuck in park
3. There is no pressure in fuel system
4. All fuses are good
The starter and motor are turning over, but no spark.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks, Ken

I would say this points to a defective ignition switch.

Woulld that be the Ignition Control Module? I replaced the ignition switch a couple of months ago because the switch would hang up and not let me take the key out.

No, your symptoms point to a faulty ignition switch. If you replaced it a few months ago...

It was a bad ignition switch, thanks for the suggestion.
