I have a dead car that woun't start. I have checked for spark and there is none. Both directly at the coil or at the distributor. I have changed the coil and Ignition Module.

When checking the voltage it is at only 9.5V when cranking and I suspect that this is to low for the ECM.

Battery is on charging at the moment, hopefully it will start when it is full of juice.

Is there a minimum voltage to be able to start, like 11V as my LS1 Camaro requires?
