*Moving to 2nd Gen Tech* - Please read the section descriptions & choose the most appropriate section for your question. The Forum Help & Suggestions Center is for forum software & layout related questions/suggestions.

You didn't happen to blow a fuse in the swap did you?

Do you have automatic temperature control (#'s around the temperature control knob) or manual (just red & blue around the temperature control knob)?

checked all fuses, they are good, there are numbers around the temp

And you've tried hitting the a/c button with the mode selection appropriate for the A/C to operate (either bi-level, vent, or defrost)?

selected a.c. it lights up but compressor want kick in

Can I assume that it is hot enough for the compressor to kick on and that the temperature knob is on it's coldest setting? Was the replacement HVAC control head new?

Could be a problem with the interior and/or exterior temperature sensor... A scan tool would help in diagnosis.

May not determine anything but let's establish something:
Remove cycling sw connector from accum and, with ac selected, ground each pin and see if clutch engages.
If it does, jump the pins and see what happens
