Hey guys...have a 98 4.3 and over the past couple of weeks its gotten harder to start up. And today I drained the battery trying to start it. I turn the key on and off a couple of times and usually it starts (eventually). I noticed that when I turn the key on then off...fuel pump hums for about 25 or 30 seconds. I don't have money to blow on trial and error replacements so any and all advice will be appreciated. It has 292, 000 miles and has run great up until now. Also have had really cold weather past couple weeks. Thanks
