Default 98 Jimmy Very Slow Accelartion

Hi Everyone - New member here.

I recently picked up a 98 Jimmy SLE, 4x4 with the 4.3l Vortec.

I have already changed the gas tank and fuel pump.

My problem is this:

It idles great - no sputters, no misfires, rev's all through the RPM range no issues will its in park or neutral.

As soon as you go to drive it, it feels as if it has about 50hp. Very slow, takes a long time to accelerate and get up to speed.

Doesnt stall, doesnt skip or misfire while accelerating, just feels like its struggling very hard and has no power.

any suggestions? I'm new to the GM world, my 4.0l in the jeep was way easier to work on and diagnose...

Well I would look at the obvious first! If you have experience with the 4.0 you will be able to hone in on the issue here! Check the search on this website and I can almost guarantee you will find your soloution! Air flow problem? Exhaust problem? (Cat) or trans solonoids? Brakes dragging? You'll nail it! Trust me!
