Default 98 S10 blazer

i am currently having issues with a 98 blazer. the master cylinder is out. but i have found one at the junk yard in an 02 GMC Sonoma the only thing different is the hook up at the break fluid. on the blazer it is on the side but on the sonoma its on top. is there a problem with that? or will i still be able to swap them out without any difficulty? any feedback is appreciated. thanks
