Default 99 4x4 hard to start after shutting off

I have a 99 4x4 that has trouble starting after it has ran for a few minutes. I can go get in my truck after it has sat all night and it will fire right up but if i drive right down the road (or any distance for that matter) and shut it off to run in a store when i come back out ill try and start it like normal and it will fire up but shuts off as soon as it fires. It will generaly start by the second or third try tho. If anyone has any ideah what might be causing this would you please help me out??

I have replaced the: fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, battery, alternator, and cleaned the mass air flow sensor all within the past six months. Thanks for any help, Johnny

Have the Ignition Control Module (ICM) tested.
