"Adjust ignition timing, Adjust idle speed."
Neither one is adjustable on 1996 and newer 4.3L's. I wonder how much they charged you for "adjusting" them
"New Electronic Ignition System".
What exactly did that include?
"Fuel Injection clean, & New Fuel Injectors"
What? Did they try cleaning them and it didn't work, so they replaced the injectors? Nothing in there about checking fuel pressure and leakdown, that's the FIRST thing you check on these engines when there's a driveability issue. The whole thing sounds shady to me.

They cleaned the fuel injection lines, and put new injectors in; in the wonderful fine print they did put that they checked all the pressures
