Default 99 blazer starter wont run

I pulled my winter truck in the garage to do a caliper and couldn't start it after charging the dead battery on it. It was starting fine before just needed a jump because battery is shot. I put new battery in with no luck. Now all the dash lights, gages and radio, head light all work, just wont kick starter I can hear fuel pump prime when key is turned to on and I can hear starter relay pull in when turned to start position but no luck. The key also seems little sticky in off position have to wiggle it a little to turn( this just started last week when I started it). Not sure where to go with it ignition switch or neutral safety switch any trouble shooting help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

starter could be frozen up or dirty connections on starter. Try tapping the starter a few times with a hammer

depending on how cold it is up there right know...If water got in the starter and froze that could be a problem. Had it happen before and i just chose to replace the starter. Otherwise i would check all connections.

Not even close to freezing here yet. I'm going to pull the starter tomorrow and bench test it and test wiring also.It may just be bad connection its a rusty winter beater that hasn't even been washed in like 3 years. lol
