All pink wires at injectors connector have good battery power and good connection

OK. Does your scanner have the capability for injector balance test?

Have you tried adding fuel manually while cranking? Disconnect the air tube from the MAF inlet, (air filter side). Have an assistant try to start it while you spray carb cleaner into the MAF sensor.

Another thing to try: Connect a fuel pressure tester to the service port, turn the ignition to the "run" position to pressurize the system. Crank the starter and watch fuel pressure while cranking, post your results.

Took a video of what it does when cranking with full charged battery, when engine slows down in cranking or almost stops in makes large nock that is hard to hear on video

Also sprayed carb cleaner into air tube, kicks over quicker. Hooked fuel guage up and cranked pressure starts at 65 with key on and drops to around 55 at crank

But if you unplug the ignition coil it turns over fine? spins normal, and no knock?

Need you to make sure the cap is wired correctly. Even numbered cylinders are on the passenger side, odd numbered cylinders are on driver side. Notice the plug wires on the passenger side of the cap are in order, front to back 2, 4, & 6, just like the cylinders. Driver side wires on the cap are NOT in order.

Refer to post #15, do the first two steps again. What we need to make sure of, is that the rotor is pointing very close to the "6" on the distributor housing. Take a picture and post it if you can.

While you're down there with the crank, check to see if it appears the outer ring of the dampener is tight with the inner ring that attaches to the crankshaft. There is a black rubber piece between them, kinda looks like a fat rubber band, or an O ring. If the outer ring has slipped, which does happen, it will make phasing the distributor a real task, and screw us right up with trying to diagnose the problem.
