i have a 99 zr2 and the abs light comes on when i hard right hand turn what would cause this to come on and also the abs makes pedel move on dry pavment what would cause that to happen as well

You may have a faulty wheel speed senor. You need to get it scanned for an ABS code.

 

I would get the computer scanned for codes to get an idea where to look for the problem...

After that I would check the sensor wires, sensor and wheel bearings for excessive wear. If the sensors get a lot of dirt between the sensor and the reluctor it will throw a code also, so you would have to remove the sensors to clean them. I would also think that if yourfront wheel bearings are worn enough to change the measurement between the sensor and the reluctor it would also throw a code at the proper front wheel...then you should check the front bearing/hub for wear with the proper equipment.

 

The turning the wheel part sounds like what happened to mine. The wire is broken at the mounting clamp.
