Abs and brake problem

Abs and brake problem
Hey i just got my 01 blazer a month ago or so and now have a couple problems. So anyone that can help would be great.
Problem #1 when first starting and driving my blazer @ the begining of a day every thing works good . but after i shut it off and start it some times right after the abs and brake light come on. the brakes still work and the only problem i can see when this happens is the abs is not working and my fuel gauge will not read the right amount of gas in the tank . The fuel tank will read under what i have. I plan to go get the error codes read but i am think since it only happens some times that there will not be a error code. I will post what error code if any comes up.
Problem #2 has become very hard on gas. Sounds like the Air Conditioning is running when i have the it set to defrost. And after driving it it drains water like when you have the air con on from the front right side under under hood area. Is it possible that it is running all the time and if so what could be the reason why it is doing this .
thanks for any help you may have for me .
So the error codes that where stored are co242,co246,co251,co245,co252,co265

RE: Abs and brake problem
I'll see if I can find anything on the codes.
codes CO 242 - 252 are related to the EBCM Control Valve (electronic control valve )
C) 265 has to do with the control valve relay
I suggest you get the pros to look at this.
The A/C will run when in the defrost cycle because you want the dry air from the A/C to clear the w/shield faster.

RE: Abs and brake problem
For problem #1, I am having the same issue... if you start the blazer and the ABS and brake light are on, and then you pull the ABS fuse and put it back in while the truck is running, do the ABS and brake lights go out and stay out? I think in my case, the alternator is going bad, I've only seen the ABS and Brake lights come on after a warm start and the volt gage does not immediately go to 14 volts... needs more investigation though. Just a thought...
