Send your ABS module to modulemaster.com and have them repair it. I just did a few months back on my 2001 Blazer, best $150 I've ever spent. No more ABS lights!

About the E-brake...Is the pedal down any distance? Try releasing using the handle and pulling the the pedal up to the full release position.
I am in Tn our e-brake got stuck so we had to manually release it so its up as far as it will go. We haven't been able to drive it much as the radiator leaks and we are waiting for finances to fix it. So unfortunately I can't really say any driving behaviors but I will keep my eye out when we can.
