Default abs engages while turning, not slidding

i have a 1998 blazer 4x4and everytime i make a right turn my abs engauges. but only in a right hand turn while applying breaks. and they will not enguage when making emergency stop on dry pavement (the wheels lock up). i replaced the wheel hub back in feb. of this year and everything wooked fine until about the middle of march. if the sensor was dirty wouldnt the abs enguage all the time, not just in right hand turns?

Yeah, check for pinched wiring at the front wheel speed sensors.
