Default ABS Light

Finally got my Blazer back, had the transmission rebuilt, or so called rebuilt. First round I had the valve body and something else replaced, now this time I had the shift band replaced, now it runs great.

While test driving it, I noticed the ABS came on and when I came to a stop, on dry road, it made the ABS noise and the brake got mushy. Does this have anything to do with the transmission? Since the transmission got rebuilt I was thinking maybe something didn't get fixed, IDK.

Before the transmission was rebuilt we replaced the passenger side wheel bearing, we ran out of time for the drivers side so we were going to wait another day.

If I remove the ABS fuse, will this temporarily fix my issue until I get it fixed in the next week or so?

I removed the ABS fuse and now it doesn't brake mushy, but the ABS light is on which is fine for the time being.

it is possible they pinched the harness or you have a wheel bearing going for crap
get under and follow the harness from the back of the hub and look for issues
