Question ABS light likes to play games

So one day, i did some burnouts (average teenager with some bald tires) and i noticed after a little while of doin brake stands, that the ABS light came on. I shut the truck off and started it back up and it came on (after all lights on the dash shut off). Did a burnout or two more, and it shut off for a while. About 45 min later, it came back on when i was driving thru a smooth field. Im just wonderin what u guys think it could be. I cleaned all the sensors when i first got it 2 months ago. Previous owner rebuilt the front brakes, but it was never on before those burnouts.
So any opinions?

Pull the ABS codes and it will tell you what is wrong.

As for ABS being pointless I disagree. If you know how to use it and dont abuse it, the system will save your life. (Or your kids, or you mothers)

i drove a 92 bonneville for the entire winter. the car came without abs, i never slid it around, at least on accident. i never had a problem. i loved that car til the steering decided to take a **** on the highway one day nd i ended up jumpin a driveway and hittin the guide wire to a telephone pole

Hmm. My blazer without abs, when i screw around and do burnouts etc as soon as i let up on the gas the brake pedal kinda clicks and moves around under pressure if that makes any sense. Other then that its fine. Kinda weird it only does it after i eat some tires.

Like i said before. If you know how to use it and dont abuse it, the system will save your life. (Or your kids, or your mother's)

check your pads and shoes for cracks or if there in bad shape .

see if your calibers or master cylinders are frozen
