AC Compressor runs ALL the time

Regarding the oil strategy, as the entire system had been replaced with the exception of the Evaporator and a few hard lines, I added the 8.5 ounces I saw specified here (and a few other places). Do you think I put too much oil in?

I don't recall the amount of pre-loaded oil that my compressor came with and I do not have access to any of my manuals this week. The evaporator and lines probably had around 2-3 ounces of oil in them and that should have been subtracted from the target system amount. High oil is not normally associated with high pressures but rather poor cooling performance and possible compressor failure. High pressures on low and high side is usually - high charge, air in the system and/or poor condenser performance.
