Default AC Delco Spark Plugs for 4.3L - Iridium vs. Double Platinum?

Stocking up on supplies for a tune-up and I keep seeing on here that AC Delco are the best spark plugs to use on the 4.3L but which kind, the Iridium spark plugs or the Double Platinum spark plugs, or does it matter as long as their AC Delco?

Both are $6.49 a piece, so which one is better to use?

imma be that guy..

if you wanna get coppers (no they dont last as long, but ive always noticed better performance with copper) get ngk v powers. or just copper delcos...i LOVE the v powers. amazing plugs at 2 bucks each. sad they have only lasted me 25k though.

yep.

$2 a piece for 25K? Iridiums last 100K. You gotta change the v powers 4 times to get 100K, that's $8 a piece, for an el cheapo plug!! Cheaper to get Iridiums at $6 a piece and do it once. That's my 2 cents

Will I need to set the gap or do they come at 0.60" already? AutoZone shows 0.689" on the specs.

Yup, better check 'em. .060" is right out of the GM factory shop manual, better go with that
