Ac and Heater problem.

Ac and Heater problem.
Here's one I REALLY need help on.....
I own a 2001 S10 Blazer LT with a weird thing happening when using the AC or heater. AC for example will blow cold air for about 8 minutes and then just blows humid outside air. The same thing happens when I use the heater, it will blow hot air for about 8 minutes and then just regular air. It's a manual control system, all other functions seem to work fine. I have tried the B+ reset thing but it didn't work. Any Ideas?
