AC low pressure connection

AC low pressure connection
Hey guys and gals. Which port on my ac is the low pressure? there's a port on the little tank and a port on the u shaped tubing between the little tank and engine. they say my bottle of ac will only fit on one. 2000 blazer ls 4x4 4.3. thank you for any help.
