Default Ac problem 96 blazer

I seem to be having a problem with my ac not blowing cold. Only when its on max ac. I had it on today an notice that the condensation is dripping under the bottom on the heater core and finding a exit that way... I trying to find the condensation drain area.

So are you having a problem with the evaporator condensation not draining properly, the entire system not producing enough cold air, or both?

Kinda both. The ac is cold but not super cold. And the water doesn't seem to drain

If you have one of those inexpensive dial/probe thermometers from the parts store, place it in the center vent on max and tell me what the temp is along with the outdoor air temp and humidity.
