Air Plenum Torque Numbers???
Just be sure to correctly read:
lbs/in
not confusing with footpounds.
As Christine points out nice tools for all kind of plastic or small bolt torqueing are 3/8".
Have a look at the bicycle tools. I use a BBB bike torque-wrench.

Oh I have a selection of torque wrenches, one of them being a small 3/8" one, calibrated in lb in.
I just could not find at first the torque numbers for the air plenum....because it is called the upper intake manifold and not air plenum.
Thanks again.
