I don't know how much more simple it can get than the actual Diagnostic Chart. You don't have to look at the wiring schematic. If you don't want to understand what's going on with your truck, that's fine, but don't criticize me for attempting to help. Your loss man.
If you want to fix your truck, I have created new threads in the DIY section for your codes. I linked to them in my original post that included them so you didn't have to look at it if you didn't want to.

I'm not criticizing you at all. You did what I asked you to do. The narrative under the schematic was very hard to digest. Nothing at all wrong with what you did. I feel that I don't have the requisite knowledge needed to understand what you are trying to tell me. Sorry if I offended you, but there is a reason I am a Marine: I'm dumb, and I like explosions.

Wow, and people wonder why Marines catch a bad rap. Its comments like "there is a reason I am a Marine: I'm dumb, and I like explosions." The few always poison the masses.

Guys, guys... What Chris is doing is called self-deprecating humor, a sign of humility. They're both good qualities to have, they just sometimes don't come across in written form since you can't hear voice inflection or see facial expression over the internet.

Thanks rridle3. What I am trying to communicate, is that I can read the Diagnostic sheet, and I can read the Haynes Manual, but I'm not quite sure what they are talking about. I would assume this would also be the case if I handed you the Technical Manuals for the Operation and Maintenance for the M198 and M777 Howitzers. If you speak in terms that I can understand, not being an auto mechanic, I may have a better understanding of what you are trying to teach me. I don't have the necessary tools, and probably the skills to perform the necessary tests it is advising, but I can alomost guarantee that since the tank was lowered 3 times, the wires and terminals in the control module harness are damaged or loose. Problem is, in order to access that, I need to drop the tank again. No thanks. It'll go back to the mechanic who installed my fuel pump, since the problem did not exist before he installed the fuel pump. Thanks for all your help.

It would have been better had you asked for clarification, showing an attempt to use the information given rather than demanding not to do what was done. It gives the impression that you do not care to know what is going on, but just want someone to do all of the work in repairing it for you.
As per the problem, as I said above, if the fuel pump was a recent replacement, I would take it back to the mechanic that did the job. EVAP errors often are quite difficult to find especially if it is a leak. This often will require a smoke machine to fill the system, revealling the leak.
And man, don't tempt me with those manuals. I love that kind of stuff. For my master's thesis, I was working on a fix for the flaperon actuator in the EA-6B Prowler with the office of naval research. Man, I loved pouring through the manuals for that plane! For nothing else but design ideas.

swartlkk,
Like I said, I just didn't understand what youwere trying to say. The you obviously have more experience with this than I do. As to the howitzers, I don't have any kind of electronic testing to do in order to troubleshoot stuff. Its just wrench and go. But if you think that I should take the Blazer back, that's what I'll do.
