Anyone know what this hose does and where it goes?
Alright so from the beginning me and my dad have been a bit confused about this hose. Recently my check engine light has come on a could times with the PO507 code which is (Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected) This is the second time it's come on and i can't really figure out why so I thought why not check to see if maybe this hose is the problem. We had it connected to the smaller hose that's in front of the paper.

To the nipple in the fender
That line goes to the vacuum tank in the fender area. Look where the line is going in this picture the little round area under that bolt head and you should feel a small nipple. http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...963621.jpg The other line is a washer fluid line.

PS that vacuum line may not fit on that nipple. If you can see my vacuum line is reduced.

That looks like a hard plastic line; follow it and I think it will lead to the bottom of the washer fluid tank. If so, then just need to start at the windshield washer line and follow it. However the broken line could also be the rear washer line.
The 0507 code could be due to a dirty TPS passage in the throttle body, air leak around the air plenum, defective Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
Need to do some troubleshooting.
