Bad Fuel Pump?

help 2001 blazer wont start !
i have a 2001 blazer i had a check engine light with a evap code but it ran ok well on my way home the car just stalled out at a light i started it up n raced home i took it to auto zone checked the battery n alt they were good well 2day i go outside it wont start at all it has always giving me trouble starting all winter i would have to crank it 2 or 3 times but once it was started it wouldnt do it nomore i can hear the fuel pump running so i dont know if its the starter or fuel pump and i just spend 180 fixing the serpitine belt n tire rod any got a match n dynamite?
