Default Bad MPG without using fuel cleaners

Hey guys I have this fuel problem with my car and I am curious to know if this is a sign that I need to upgrade the fuel injectors.
I have changed plugs, wires, cap and rotors on the car recently, and fuel filter a while ago. I have this issue with mpg. I get like 20-30 miles more out of a full tank if I run a techron fuel cleaner(haven't tried others).
Previously I was getting like 10 mpg and back then I wasnt using any cleaners but when I did I got it to like 15 mpg. If I fill up the tank without it it goes down to like 12-13 and im pretty sure it will go down to 10 if I keep doing that for longer. The gas I use is regular mobil and the only things I havent changed are the MAF sensor and the O2 sensors but I assume if those were that bad to reduce the mpg like this I would get a check engine code.

Any thoughs?

Ethenol my friend, ruins everything, mileage hoses, etc. additive is probably helping with mileage, nothing wrong with injectors

Blame the ethanol game. I will say that something is wrong, because I still can do 15-16 mpg with E10, with no additives. But cannot pinpoint your problem. Hopefully someone will help you.

That vacuum leak from your previous pics needs to be corrected. A disconnected line will cost you mileage.
