I blasted, epoxy primered and painted by battery tray in my 2000 GMC Jimmy.

 

Nice. I cleaned and repainted mine but started rusting again. I will have to look into doing the job like you have.

 

I did something similar to one that I found in the salvage yard for my father's Sonoma. Was hard to find one not rusted out, so when I did I sanded and covered that joker in spray on bed liner lol. Lasted until he got rid of the truck.

 

Thats brilliant, don’t think I would have ever thought of that.
