Default Best OBDII USB Tool

I was looking around online and noticed that there are some USB/Bluetooth obdII adapters available. I was looking at getting this one : http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004KL0I9I/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1334073011&sr=8-1

Not sure if its any good or not. Is it best to get a USB one so it plugs right into my laptop or what?

Any suggestions on ones that you guys use?

My son bought one {not sure if it was that exact one} to use with Torque Android app. Works great on his Jeep Commander 2007.

Wouldnt connect to my 99 Brava. YMMV
