Hello Experts:
1. The front right hub was not operating; I replaced it with new one. After replacement, ABS started coming on while braking in dry conditions. To ignore this msg, I unplugged the ABS fuse under the hood.
2. After few weeks, "Service 4WD" msg came on. Checked all 4WD components/systems; located broken yellow wire from the harness plug going into TCCM. Cut out the plug with all harness wires and replaced with another plug with all corresponding wires crimped and shrinked. Checked all color to ensure they matched. 4WD still not working.
3. Now the fan blower motor not working. Replaced it with another tested fan blower motor and with another Balast resistor. Free run tested, all working fine.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

With #1 & #2, a scan with a full-feature scan tool (not the autozone cheap-eze) would tell you volumes about the source of both of these problems.
I am betting that the ABS is going on the fritz because of the hub you replaced. The wheel speed sensor is likely not reading properly. Modification of the WSS air gap is covered in a tech article.
As far as the 4wd, there are a few wires that are identical in color going to the main plug at the TCCM if I remember correctly. They have different functions and cannot be swapped around. You'll need to check out the NV236 wiring thread in the tech article section for information on pin-outs for the various connectors so you can test continuity between all of the connectors involved, thereby ensuring that you have the wiring correct on the new plug. Again, a scan will give you some direction.
