Default Blazer Idleing at high RPM'S

One mess after another it seems folks! I was driving today and stopped at a red light and noticed my '96 was idleing at a very high RPM (not sure were at since it dosen't have a tach) but could it possibly be a throttle position sensor or what? Seems kinda strange.

Could be, however there is a idle air control (IAC) valve that controls your idle. It located in the trottle body as well.
