Blazer Low speed brake chatter
2001 Chevy blazer 4.3 4WD automatic A/C
I have a low speed (under 7 or 8 MPH) brake chatter.
Every time I apply the brakes at speeds under about 8MPH or so the brakes chatter quite badly. I can feel it big time right in the brake pedal. At times I feel like the vehicle is not going to stop but it does.
Pulling the 60 AMP ABS fuse cures the problem.
Brakes just professionally replaced all 4 wheels. All new parts. Totally new.
Any idea what's wrong

It sound like you have low speed abs activation,it actually pretty common if you search abs activation or low speed abs you should find tons of post with steps to check. If I remember it is basically checking the abs wires and cleaning the sensors.

So common that there is a thread in the Tech Article (DIY) section on this very subject. Have a read through that and other threads on the subject and let us know if you have any questions.
