Blazer is missing or sputtering at speeds 65 mph or greater

My blazer is missing while driving on the highway at speeds higher that 65 mph. Could this be fuel pump? I can sometimes stop this by driving 60 mph for several miles and then bumping speed up.
Seems to be worse on colder nights.

When you accelerate, can you go WOT without troubles and is it only speed dependent, not engine RPM?
