Default Blazer wont start, o2 Sensor?

I have a 2001 2-door chevy blazer that will not start. It has been sitting for two days now, and Usually it has trouble starting when it sits for 2 or more days, but eventually it cranks over. Just last month after sitting for 3 days it wouldnt start so i changed the spark plugs and it started right up.

When it was running it was strong but it did have a check engine light, the following codes were P0172, P0175, and P0101. P0172 and P0175 point to air/fuel ratio,(oxygen sensors?) and P0101 points to MAF(air?). So I think they all relate to each other and the 02 sensors is what i'm guessing. Anyways I wanted to know is there a way to check if the 02 sensors are bad, how many do i have, which would should i replace?

Oh and when i changed the plugs the codes came back within a day or so.

Fuel filter, and air filter were changed in the past 3 months along with the oil.

Anyone have any ideas what it might be besides 02 sensors?

Thanks

Here are the trouble code listings:
P0101 - Mass Air Flow System Performance
P0172 - Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 1
P0175 - Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 2

Look for commonality between the three codes. A MAF sensor malfunction could cause the other two codes.

UPDATE: I let it sit for an hour and tried tried to turn it on and it cranked cranked cranked for about 15 seconds and FINALLY turned on! Now there is no check engine light!

But i'm sure the problem is still there, and swartlkk- I looked if there is any bad maf connections and i cant seem to find any.

Should i go to autozone and buy some maf cleaner and connection wire cleaner?

Cleaning the MAF sensor couldn't hurt.

I will do that tomorrow, but isnt it a little weird that it only has trouble after sitting a few days?

Like if it WAS a dirty maf shouldnt it have trouble starting every time?
