Have a 98 Jimmy w/auto temp and need blend door actuator. Got a dorman 604-106 that should be the right part, but the hole that the blend door rod goes into is the wrong shape and size. The old one is round, the new one is round w/two flat sides. Is there a different p[art that I need?

 

Dummy me, did not know to remove the adapter that is on the top of the blend door. New part fits and works.
