Default Bogging down/ losing power at 45mph?

I was just cruising and all of the sudden my jimmy completely lost power and came right back. Any suggestions? Did it twice when I'd get on the gas.

Engine bogged down and the gauges shot down then back real quick, I'm pretty sure my radio didn't cut out at all. It was strange. Nothing else out of the ordinary.
