hey everyone, quick question,does anyone know what size brake caliper socket will fit a 96 jimmy 4dr 2wd??

my caliper bolts took a 18mm socket.

my 95 is a 3/4 allen but i think 96 is differ and i also got 4x4

18mm. And unfortunately, it's the size(along with 16mm) that "consumer" socket(and wrench) sets, leave out. WTFF?

Was GM possibly thinking, "no shade tree guy will have the 18mm, so they'll HAVE to go to a dealership for service"?

Yah 18mm is the size,whenever I buy socket and wrench sets now I make sure that it doesnt skip any sizes.

i also thought it was a 18mm but then i popped of the rim and it wasnt. im going to try the 3/4 allen and see where i get with that. Thanks!
