Brake issue

I was told the same thing (about getting the master abs unit bled by a dealer) by a friend who works at my dealer. Turns out it was a bad replacement booster as well though. Where might this be coming from? Any one aware of any TSB's on this? Maybe specific to a model year or something..? It's not the first time i'be heard it either.

If any air is in the abs module it will cause it to not function properly and or release air into the system when it cylces causeing brake fade. In order for it to properly be bleed it needs to be cycled through the use of a tech 2. Thats my understanding of having the system bleed at a dealer, but it obly needs to be done if brake fluid has been completely emptied from the master cylinder or a master cylinder replaced, or an abs module replaced, or full brake lines to the abs module or master cylinder. Not if you replace a caliper or line that does not cause air to get in the abs module.
