Default brake issues

About a month ago i put new pads all the way around and rotated the rotors and now the brakes are not operating correct. It feels like the abs is getting activated. Cause I can hear it and feel it in the pedal when i stop. I was wondering where the abs sensor is so i can check it and see if this is the problem

Pull out the ABS fuse and try driving it around that way to check.

ok thats more clearer on the turned part, did you yourself turn the rotors or a shop did it, or auto parts store? Theres a very good chasnce that the rotors were not cut correctly on the machine.. Do you kinda get like a pulsating feeling to the pedal? I have abs on my 93 chevy van and even on that theres no reason to have to even disconnect the wire to get the rotors off.. that shouldnt cause a prob with the abs by taking the rotors off.. make sure that you didnt get any grease from the bearings on the abs wheel!!! that will def mess with the ABS sensor..
