brake light issue

Default brake light issue
i have a 98 blazer LT 4 door. My brake lights stopped working a few days ago. The signal lights, hazard lights work, the third brake light only works when the hazard lights are on. The fuse is good. All other lights work as they should. Thanks for the help.

It is most likely the multifunction switch that is going out.
