Brake pedal almost to the floor!

Brake pedal almost to the floor!
Hey guys,
Got in the blazer and emergency brake light is on??? I obviously tried to release it, but it seems to not be set at all... I applied it and released it several times. Still have parking brake light on indication.. Now the brake pedal is 1/2 inch from the floor board also.
I checked brake fluid level and it was low. So I added fluid back to full level. Brakes still near floor and still have parking brake indication???
Front pads still have meat to them. However, I don't think I have ever had any work done to the rear drums. It is a 1995 S/10.
Can anyone point me in the right direction how to remedy this problem...
Also, I have had the ABS brakes light on and off for the last year. It seems to be consistently lately.
Thank you very much.

RE: Brake pedal almost to the floor!
I would suspect you have a brake line rusted thru. Fill master, pump brakes, look for wet spot, replace line(possibly done without bleeding if done strategically-or it hasn't taken on air.) If air has been taken in you'll have to open bleeders and bleed. JP
