Default Brake problem

Ok so here's the problem with my 1995 Blazer. Every now and then my ABS and Brake light will come on, off, on and sometimes stay on. If I apply the brakes the lights go off and then the ABS light will come back on then once I apply the brakes again the light goes out and no problems. But sometimes when I don't have the opportunity to just randomly apply the brakes and the light stays on for a few minutes later if I press the brake pedal it will not let me fully apply the brakes and I will get a winding noise from the engine compartment. If I pump the brakes it will free up and act normally. If any other information is needed feel free to ask.

Is there a possibility that foreign objects could have gotten into the brake fluid reservoir?

Inspect this its sandwiched between your hub and they rust out. Its the abs speed sensor, 95 correct?
Make sure you are not low on fluid.
If you are it needs to be taken care of asap and rechecked to make sure theres no big failure about to happen.

Thanks I will have to check that out. Now here is something else that will make it come on. If it is really really cold out, I live in Minnesota, it will come on and I can't get it to go off until I am driving for a while, warming fluid up maybe? But I have also noticed that every time it rains the light comes on. I think my best option at this point and cheapest route is to just change out the fluid and start there.
