Default Brakes ........ right front Rotor

What's going on with my right front Rotor?

I've replaced it two times... The pad on the outside wears much, much faster than the inside pad. It has now cut to the metal and destroying the Rotor.

Do I need a new caliper?

Probably Your caliper guide pins are stucked. You may clean the guide pins & bushings first. Then You may replace the guide pin boots if necessary or the pin itself. That do the job in most of the cases.
Cheers, Mike
