If the rest of the exhaust system from the cat back is due for replacement, I can recommend this as a very easy upgrade. You will need to get three sets of nuts and bolts for it.

Single - 2.5" Cat-Back System - Super Turbo? Muffler - P/N: 17366 - DynoMax® Performance Exhaust

I do all stainless steel bolts on the exhaust, except for the headers. That is experimental and they may fall out.

Default Old thread, old problem new fix for leaking flange

Demostrating use of C Flange Bracket. No cutting pipe or welding to install.

It seems that I have a nice exhaust leak now since I can hear/smell it under the truck. What size are these bolts and is it simply a matter of removing the broken bolt (or what is left of it for that matter) and installing a new one or is it alot more complicated than that? Thanks
Too bad i didnt have this for you back when you posted this.

JoePublicVA, I just fixed mine a few weeks ago.

Where can one get one or two of these C Flange Brackets?

Default C Flange Bracket Availability

This is not a product currently available. Last year I was giving them away as part of a feedback program. I am not a manufacturer. I hope to restart a similar program soon.

Joe, you're killing me!
I thought they looked kind of custom, but wasn't 100%. Looks like a solid crowd find idea, though.
