Default Broken Steel Fuel Line

I broke the Steel fuel line at the tip where it connects to the quick disconnect coming from the fuel pump. I broke about a centimeter of the steel line which is the part with the ridge the quick disconnect connects to. Is there any way I can Repair this or do I need a new Steel line? Thanks

I think your going to have to replace the line. How did you break the steel tubing?

I was just using the little plastic quick disconnect tool to get the plastic line off and the steel snapped

if that is the end that is broken off,
you might be able to get a brass connector compression fitting and
and splice in that end with some flairs up a ways
on the line somewhere.
