Can it be saved?
If not, where's a good source for another one (used)? it is from my 2002 Xtreme 16x8 with 4.5 BS, 5x4.75 bolt, I believe, same as s-10 Sonoma?
Failing that does anyone recognize the spare, maybe I could get one to match that and put them both on one side. Probably there are better ideas out there though!

Wow that's pretty brutal. Not sure if you can get that fixe I mean it may be possible but it might cost more then getting a different one, rims are usually casted and turned down in a lathe so that they are concentric and have minimal runout. You could try craigslist and or Facebook. Not sure where your from but I've recently seen some blazer Xtreme rims for sale here in Wisconsin.

Usually a tire-change workshop would give You more info on that. Yup, that looks brutal, so even if straighten, it may be oval already.
