I'm buying a code reader and want to make sure I DO have OBDII before I spend all that money.
From what I have read here on the forum there are 3 types of systems on a 1995.
The give aways on mine is:
¤ 16 pin connector under the dash
¤ Computer located on the right side fender/wheel well
¤ The number 2 pin are in its place
Here is my OBDII connector:

There are NO text on the emission label that says OBDII or OBDI
Ordering my scanner this weekend so all help is much appreciated!

I think it depends on the month your truck was built, as that was the year they were changing from OBD 1 to OBD 2, so the 95's were OBD 1.5. My computer on my same model truck as yours was on the passenger side fender, and from what I can remember the emissions sticker said OBD 2, but you still need a scanner that can do both 1 and 2. I was able to find a guy on Kijiji who had a $500 scanner that could read both come and pull codes for me and I paid him $30. So do your research, 95 was a confusing year for Blazers.

As far as I know, it's not that simple. In the 95 model you had 3 different systems:
1. OBD 1 with 12 pin DLC and a PCM.
2. OBD 1.5 with 16 pin DLC and a PCM.
3. OBD2 with 16 pin DLC and a VCM.
The late year ones had OBDII installed as they ran out of OBDI, they just then went ahead with OBDII.

Just had the blazer scanned for codes with this:

This is just a simple OBDII code reader and It had no problem linking up and I did get a stored P0122 code. Guess that means that I do have OBDII

That one I just loaned to check, so that I don't know. I'm going to order myself one right now, but can't make up my mind. Might go for the Autotap one, or the Equus 3160.

autozone has a OBDII scanner for around $49 its an actron model cp9125....bought one myself to keep in the tool box in the vehicle. works good for reading/clearing codes.
dont expect much more than that from it though.

At this point I think I would need a scanner not a reader as I first wrote.
I have an intermittent problem with rough idle an rich running. It doesn't always give a CEL so I need something that would monitor the sensors.
Thanks
