I looks like it is in same spot where the two lines curve over radiator hose by airbox

So you had a leak in the body of an AC refrigerant line, replaced it with a new line and the new one also leaks in the body (between the connection points) in the same place? How do you know that the line is leaking?

I'm gonna rinse off all areas and shoot a little freon with some more due in it and watch to see where it comes out exactly

Look for oil residue before you rinse it off. It comes out with the 134a refrigerant.

That's extraordinary that a rubber refrigerant line failed and a new one failed in the same location. Is the compressor pulley rubbing on the line?

No it's not rubbing the compressor at all

Do you have access to a refrigerant leak detector to confirm what is happening here?
